Key Leadership Role

This position involves leading the charge in Oman, driving business expansion and growth through strategic planning and execution.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of forex trading, financial instruments, and regulatory frameworks. They must also possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Market Expansion: Develop strategies to increase DB Investing's presence in Oman.
  • Sales & Business Development: Lead sales initiatives and acquire new clients.
  • IB & Partner Network: Leverage contacts to onboard Introducing Brokers (IBs) and enhance market penetration.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by meeting sales targets.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of forex trading, financial instruments, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Network: A strong book of clients and Introducing Brokers (IBs) is a must.
  • Sales & BD Expertise: Proven experience in business development and sales.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a team and drive business growth.
  • Location: Must be based in Oman.
  • Language: Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
