Job Title: Marketing Director

We are seeking a seasoned marketing leader to shape and execute our global marketing strategy, elevate our brand, drive demand generation, and support business growth.

About the Role

  • Lead a team of marketing professionals in developing and executing marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Define positioning, manage campaigns, and tie marketing KPIs to pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective achievement of marketing objectives through department leadership, setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, and providing feedback and appraisals.
  • Develop a 6-12 month marketing strategy aligned with business objectives in drone technologies, AI solutions, IIoT services, and digital transformation solutions.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Optimize profitability and growth based on market analysis, projections, and tariff considerations.
  • Own the marketing budget, forecast expenditures, and measure returns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related fields.
  • 5+ years experience in B2B & B2G marketing.
