Marketing Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to spearhead our hotel's marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving occupancy and revenue through innovative marketing strategies.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with hotel objectives and brand standards.
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • Maintain and update the hotel website content to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and user engagement.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, banners, ads, and menus.
  • Oversee the hotel's presence on online travel agencies, review platforms, and third-party listings.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance using data analytics tools and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Work closely with the revenue team to develop pricing strategies and promotional offers.
  • Foster relationships with media outlets, bloggers, and influencers for public relations and brand exposure.
  • Support the launch and promotion of hotel events, food and beverage activations, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and guest preferences to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with brand standards and guidelines.
