IT Manager Position

The successful candidate will oversee the comprehensive management of IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity, robust security, and effective system administration. This encompasses the development and support of information systems, as well as the installation and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure proper configuration, maintenance, and management of network infrastructure.
  • Take care of all company hardware, including PCs, printers, and peripherals at head office and other locations, to ensure they are well maintained and trouble-free.
  • Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
  • Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
  • Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems. Maintain the server, back up and recover if necessary all critical files of systems and data in the server.
  • Regularly update the server with updates, coordinate with various agencies in case of licensing etc.
  • Audit systems and assess their outcomes. Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
  • Preserve assets, information security, and control structures.
  • Prepare, document, and update the company network.
  • Create, maintain user IDs and creating folders with proper approvals, maintaining user profiles etc. in the server.
  • Protect the information assets from internal and external threats such as viruses etc. Keep the antivirus programs and data files current.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot any problems relating to software assets of the company.
