Catering Supervisor

A vital role within the food service industry, our Catering Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of events and functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients and event planners to understand their requirements and expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and presentation throughout all aspects of event management.
  • Lead and train a team of catering staff to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring timely ordering and procurement of supplies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in catering or event management, preferably in luxury or high-volume environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English is required, with additional languages being an advantage.
