Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Event Manager to oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless coordination between all stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Will possess excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
  • Will have a proven track record in event management, with experience in coordinating large-scale events.
  • Will be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure event success.
  • Will be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements.
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Ensure high-quality guest service and attention to detail throughout the event.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events.
  • Conduct site visits and risk assessments to identify potential issues.
  • Prepare detailed event reports and analysis for future improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event management, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office tools.
