Event Strategy ExecutiveWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Event Strategy Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive event strategies across various levels.This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who can analyze both internal and external factors to create effective event plans. You will have the ability to consider multiple perspectives while focusing on the key skills required at the implementation level.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing event calendars, project managing event activities, and ensuring all work complies with established guidelines.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop event checklists to assist decision-making on participation in tradeshows or events, speaking at events, or sponsoring activities.
  • Organize annual and quarterly results events, including logistics for senior executives.
  • Oversee company participation in festivals, creating a positive brand atmosphere and attractive stands.
  • Sponsorship Management:
  • Propose, budget, and coordinate large-scale events such as mobile roadshows.
  • Continually evaluate, measure, and document events and exhibitions, providing future recommendations.
  • Identify new opportunities aligned with our brand strategy.
  • Budgeting and Reporting:
  • Manage event budgets, contributing to departmental financial planning.
  • Collaborate with senior management to create performance metrics for the team and establish quarterly deliverables.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Ensure comprehensive backup of completed projects for easy retrieval.
  • Prepare weekly status reports on ongoing tasks, highlighting delays or issues for resolution.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures for events, with coordination from the Branding & Marketing Communications team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree holder.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing communications, and product marketing.
  • Familiarity with the industry sector.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills (oral and written).
  • Planning and organizing skills.
  • Self-motivated, initiative-taking, innovative, and dynamic.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Passion for delivering excellent work for a reputable organization.
