Project Manager - Digital Banking Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital channel initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital banking platforms, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery of digital channel projects, including internet banking, mobile banking, and onboarding solutions.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, designers, and technical teams to define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage project plans, budgets, resources, risks, and reporting to ensure successful and timely delivery.
  • Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and the vendor team.
  • Ensure alignment with customer experience goals, technical architecture, and security standards.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, resolving issues and escalating where necessary.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in project management in the digital banking sector.
  • Strong experience in delivering projects on digital banking platforms.
  • Experience in digital channel solutions such as online banking, mobile banking, and customer onboarding.
  • Deep understanding of digital banking platforms and strong stakeholder management skills.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their expertise in project management, digital banking, and stakeholder management. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
