Job Title:

OCC Controller

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced OCC Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and operating IVMS/AVM/CCTV equipment in the Operations Control Room, ensuring effective service delivery of Mwasalat products.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and Operation: Monitor and operate IVMS/AVM/CCTV equipment and other associated technology to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and efficient customer service through remote call monitoring, alarms, and communication facilities.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of data recordings and events using incident reporting software.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to the development and enhancement of working practices with the Service and Control Room teams.
  • Investigation and Support: Conduct investigations into department feedback and complaints, and provide support during emergencies and incidents.
Requirements:
  • Operational Skills: Proven experience in operating IVMS/AVM/CCTV equipment and other associated technology.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
