
Sales Training and Development Specialist

Anzaa Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Sales Capability Representative to drive sales training programs, enhance team performance, and align sales capabilities with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Training Programs: Design and deliver comprehensive training initiatives for sales teams to improve skills and knowledge.
- Assess Training Needs: Identify performance gaps and assess the need for additional training or coaching to ensure sales staff are equipped to meet business objectives.
- Conduct Coaching Sessions: Provide one-on-one coaching to reinforce sales skills and address specific challenges faced by sales staff.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership: Work closely with senior leaders to align training initiatives with business goals and objectives.
- Evaluate Progress: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
- Training Materials: Create and maintain high-quality training materials and manuals that support sales training programs.
- Workshops and Team-Building Exercises: Organize and facilitate workshops and team-building exercises to promote collaboration and communication among sales teams.
- Feedback Analysis: Collect and analyze feedback from training sessions to identify areas for improvement and optimize future training initiatives.
- Product Updates: Ensure sales teams are informed about product changes and updates through regular communication and training.
- New Hire Onboarding: Assist with onboarding new sales representatives to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
- Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and share this knowledge with sales teams to improve performance.
- Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing support to sales teams to address any challenges or concerns they may have.
- Innovative Strategies: Identify and share innovative sales strategies within the organization to drive growth and improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on training effectiveness and sales performance improvements to inform business decisions.
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Sales Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales or sales training roles.
- Sales Track Record: A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- CRM Software: Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Sales Processes: Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Presentation Skills: Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adult Learning Principles: Familiarity with adult learning principles and teaching methods.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as necessary for training purposes.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and environments.
- Professional Certification: Professional certification in sales or coaching preferred.
