Program Management Opportunity

We seek a seasoned professional to lead and manage our graduate programs, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in program leadership, stakeholder management, and team operations.

  • Design and execute long-term vision for graduate programs, supporting future workforce and leadership requirements.
  • Align program design and rotations with organizational strategy, succession planning, and critical skill development areas.
  • Introduce new frameworks, tools, and methodologies to enhance program impact and competitiveness.
  • Regularly assess program relevance and effectiveness against business needs, adjusting scope and structure when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Program Leadership & Strategy
  2. Collaborate with senior management to ensure program objectives are met.
  3. Drive innovation in graduate learning experiences, combining classroom training, on-the-job rotations, mentoring, and cross-functional projects.
  4. Act as 'program ambassador' internally and externally, strengthening reputation as an employer of choice.
  1. Stakeholder Management
  2. Build strong relationships with senior leadership, program sponsors, business line managers, and HR colleagues.
  3. Partner with universities and external training providers to source high-potential graduates and deliver quality learning content.
  4. Influence and align stakeholders with program objectives.
  1. Team & Operations Management
  2. Lead, coach, and inspire dedicated program team to deliver operational excellence.
  3. Oversee end-to-end execution, including graduate recruitment, assessments, onboarding, placements, and career pathways.
Requirements
  • Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Talent Management, HR Development, or Program Management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale talent or graduate development programs.
