Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage housekeeping staff to ensure excellent service standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, corridors, linen rooms, and housekeeping pantries according to set standards.
  • Ensure guest supplies are replenished promptly and meet guests' requests courteously.
  • Report damage or malfunction using the property management system.
  • Maintain equipment in good condition and perform daily floor reports.
  • Conduct regular room checklists and maintain accurate records.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene policies and attend required meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Experience in supervisory roles and proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical stamina to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
