Job Title: HSE Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Specialist to join our team.
Job Description:The primary objective of this role is to ensure the health, safety and environmental performance of the organization by implementing effective strategies and policies.
This involves promoting a positive safety culture within the organization, conducting risk assessments, developing and implementing safety procedures, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HSE principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of HSE performance and submit regular reports to management.
Requirements:
National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Oil & Gas / Power / Energy or related field.
NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent certification.
Minimum 5 years experience in HSE.
Experience in infrastructure/pipeline projects is preferable.
