The ideal candidate will be part of a Health, Safety and Security team responsible for managing health, safety, and security aspects of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Interface with contractors, partners, relevant authorities, and the H3SE team to ensure effective collaboration on-site.
  2. Identify, assess, and mitigate key health, safety, and security risks to an acceptable level. Document assessment processes, monitor and liaise with contractors to implement prevention measures.
  3. Ensure contractors establish a documented health, safety, and security management system with clear objectives, targets, and procedures for the project. Establish a monitoring and reporting system to consolidate and report overall H3SE performance.
  4. Develop the Company's HSE-MS and associated procedures/plans as highlighted in the Marsa LNG HSE Management Plan, considering the need for bridging plans and SIMOPS requirements.
  5. Ensure contractors establish emergency response plans, including medevac and security plan, aligned with our emergency response plan. Ensure regular emergency trainings, drills, and exercises are conducted by contractors.
  6. Contribute to delivering the Marsa LNG project on schedule, meet H3SE targets and objectives.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in establishing Health, Safety and Security management systems and procedures, aligning with expectations. Experience in monitoring and reporting health, safety, and security KPIs.
  2. Hands-on experience in coordinating and executing H3SE audits and inspections, monitoring close-out of findings.
  3. Experience in coordinating safety culture campaigns and follow-up with contractors.
  4. Proven experience in setting up H3SE training requirements for different functions within a project, medical fitness to work systems, and medical infrastructure on construction sites.
  5. Experience in coordinating emergency responses, emergency trainings, drills, and exercises.
