Job Description:

As a Cyber Security Pre-Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in identifying potential customers and opportunities for cybersecurity solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in gathering and analyzing customer requirements to identify their pain points and security gaps.

You will collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales strategies and proposals, designing tailored cybersecurity solutions that address the customer's specific needs and challenges. Conducting product demonstrations and presentations will also be part of your responsibilities, showcasing the features and benefits of our cybersecurity solutions.

In addition, you will develop and implement proof-of-concepts (POCs) to demonstrate the effectiveness of our solutions. Analyzing market trends and competitor offerings will also be essential in developing strategies to differentiate our company's solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in various cybersecurity tools and platforms, such as SIEM, firewalls, endpoint protection, vulnerability management.
  • Knowledge of network security, encryption, identity and access management, and threat intelligence.
  • Experience with cloud security solutions is a plus.
  • Certifications like CISSP, CCIE, CISM, CEH, or similar are highly desirable.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to think creatively and design effective cybersecurity solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Excellent command of English-Arabic.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
