SEa Food Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced supervisor to join our team. As the SEa Food Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the SEa Food Restaurant. Key responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the liaison between the restaurant team and the rest of the hotel.
  • Collaborate with the executive chef to develop and implement menu updates.
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet high standards.
  • Monitor revenue and costs without impacting quality.
  • Promote the restaurant through various channels.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in management roles within the F&B industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and proactive approach.
  • Good knowledge of food safety procedures.
