The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective English curricula, managing classroom instruction, and providing guidance to colleagues.


**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the development of English curricula and assessment strategies.
  • Provide instructional leadership and coaching to teachers.
  • Maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets.

**Required Qualifications and Experience:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in English language arts.
  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring teachers.
