Technical Leadership Position:

This key leadership position is responsible for overseeing process engineering activities within olefins and NGLE units. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of olefins production technologies and be able to drive process improvements, troubleshoot complex issues, and integrate new technologies into existing processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization: Analyze plant data, develop process simulations, and design plant modifications to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Troubleshooting & Integration: Troubleshoot complex operational issues, conduct root cause analysis, and integrate new technologies into existing processes.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead a team of process engineers, mentor junior engineers, and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor product yields, reduce emissions and waste, and implement quality control measures.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and performance metrics.
