Job Purpose

The Human Resource (HR) officer is responsible for HR Administration tasks and responsibilities related to Staff Leave Management, Attendance, Staff Personal File Management, and assisting functions within the HR Department: Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefit, Training and Development.

Key Responsibilities

General HR:

  • Processing of daily employee requests including leave request issues, announcements, and memo/policy circulation on behalf of the HR Department.
  • Responding to employees' work-related queries as the lead contact for HR Operational Support.
  • Contribute to new projects within Human Resources.
  • Executing PRO tasks related to labor clearance, visas, and renewals.
  • Employee registration and cancellation with MOL.

Leave Management:

  • Maintaining regional leave trackers and following up on leave queries.
  • Monitoring Staff Leave Performance on a daily basis.
  • Generating monthly/weekly reports on Staff Leave Performance.
  • Producing Staff Attendance Reports weekly/monthly.

Medical Insurance:

  • Organizing all employees' medical insurance.
  • Serving as the point of contact between medical insurance and employees.

Staff Personal File:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date Employee Personal Files in hard copy and soft copy formats.
  • Maintaining all other filing within the HR department.
