Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our expanding sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business processes, including quality and health, safety, and environment (HSE).

The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving the adoption of our SaaS software solutions across various industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories or industry verticals.
  • Nurture relationships with clients to deliver tailored solutions that address their specific QHSE needs.
  • Leverage expertise in business processes to articulate the value proposition of our software solutions effectively.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up on opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, HSE, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the software or technology sector.
  • In-depth understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop strategic sales plans.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
