Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to manage and maintain our HR system, ensuring the integrity of employee-related information. The ideal candidate will support the implementation of HR-related systems and policy changes, as well as process HR transactions, payroll, and payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all employee-related changes affecting benefits and payments are accurately entered into the ERP system.
  • Validate employee documents and process related attachment documents and dependent information.
  • Enter and validate payroll-related input data for various employee benefits such as standard allowances, travel allowance, and other ad hoc allowances and payments.
  • Propose enhancements and automation based on current working processes, manual interventions, and resource consumption.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders such as the HR Team, ERP team, and related systems teams including Finance, Supply Chain, Treasury, and Inventory teams to ensure smooth running of system processes.
  • Support and validate bulk uploaded and processed data and its changes.
  • Reconcile HR-related data, payroll transactions, payroll finance postings, and pension-related transactions.
  • Support auditing of payroll processes and processed data.
  • Participate in HR process analysis, business requirement discussions, solution testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Regularly update supervisors on task status.
  • Support report preparation for management and other requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 6 years of experience.
