Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HRMS Expert to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HRMS systems administration, including Flexfields, Value Sets, and Concurrent Processing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans using project planning tools.
- Manage projects throughout their life cycle, including implementing solutions.
- Communicate with teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Analyze and solve complex issues and problems related to assigned areas.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of total experience, with minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree with Specialization in Computer Science/Engineering.
- Certification related to Oracle System (Database/Functional Training) preferred.
