Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for introducing and recommending products to clients, ensuring they are sold in line with margin expectations.

You will act as a contact between the company and existing/potential clients, advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions when applicable. Maintaining and sustaining excellent partnerships with all clients is crucial to your success.

In this role, you will work closely with sales coordinators to ensure high customer service levels and promptly address customer complaints.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
  • 2-3 years' experience in Food Service, dealing specifically with HORECA Channel.
  • Experience in Bakery at some point in career is a must.
  • Professional usage of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • A valid driving license in the UAE.
