Customer Service Team Lead Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and driving business growth through exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will lead a team of customer-facing representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of excellent customer experiences. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective training programs, conducting regular performance evaluations, and identifying areas for process improvement.

  • Key Accountabilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve departmental targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth through improved customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve processes and outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
