About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Community Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing multiple tasks, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide administrative support to the Community Manager, including planning and executing events and activities
- Ensure the centre is maintained to a high standard, including receiving mail and directing customers to meeting rooms
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Confident using MS Office and other basic IT packages
- Able to adapt to fast-changing situations
