Project Coordination Manager

This role involves overseeing the coordination of site supervision activities across all disciplines for a water park project.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with contractors, design consultants, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of the project.
  • Monitor execution of specialized installations, including water rides and filtration systems.
  • Track construction progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
  • Review contractor schedules, resources, and logistics to optimize project efficiency.
  • Ensure quality assurance and control processes are enforced throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead coordination meetings and resolve site issues to minimize delays.
  • Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate project status to stakeholders.
  • Support commissioning and testing of water systems and equipment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture.
  • At least 15 years of experience in project management, including 5+ years in theme/water parks or similar recreational facilities.
  • Experience with aquatic equipment, pool systems, and international codes.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent numerical and communication skills.
