As a key member of our team, you will oversee site supervision activities across all disciplines for the water park. This involves coordinating with contractors, design consultants, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution. You will also be responsible for monitoring the installation of specialized equipment such as water rides and filtration systems, tracking construction progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing corrective actions.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of engineering principles and experience working in similar environments. A bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture is preferred, along with at least 15 years of experience in project management and leadership roles. Your expertise should include aquatic equipment, pool systems, and international codes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing project requirements.
