Senior Brand Communications Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Brand Communications Specialist to develop and implement our PR & media strategy, plan and supporting campaigns in coordination with the Head of Marketing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Promote our brand image through traditional and non-traditional PR & Media engagements to enhance its reputation.
  • Build and maintain a positive professional relationship with PR & media agencies to safeguard our public reputation at all times.
  • Plan and organise PR events to promote our services and products, ensuring our participation in external events on local, regional and international levels.
  • Develop corporate communications such as quarterly newsletters, company updates, press releases, and corporate PR materials as per the brand guidelines and instructions from the Head of Marketing.
  • Review corporate content for grammatical accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines to ensure consistent and accurate internal and external corporate communication.
  • Drive the development and awareness of our brand by maintaining a consistent brand image across all media channels.
  • Work with media agencies and vendors to identify budgets and provide inputs to the Head of Marketing on departmental requirements.
  • Monitor our media presence and identify trends/concerns that may impact our reputation, taking necessary steps to address any issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to support media-related campaigns as required.
  • Track, monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and plans on a periodic basis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience.
