Job Description

The Director of Finance is a strategic financial business leader who champions, develops and implements property-wide strategies to deliver products and services that meet or exceed the needs and expectations of customers and employees.

This role provides financial expertise to enable the successful implementation of brand service strategy and initiatives while maximizing return on investment. Additionally, it creates and executes a business plan aligned with property and brand's business strategy, focusing on execution of financial activities and delivery of desirable financial results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: 4-year Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; or Master's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major.

Experience: 3 years in finance and accounting or related professional area for Bachelor's degree holders; or 1 year in finance and accounting or related professional area for Master's degree holders.

  1. Develop means to improve profit, including estimating cost and benefit, exploring new business opportunities, etc.
  2. Analyze information, forecasts sales against expenses and create annual budget plans.
  3. Compile information, analyze and monitor actual sales against projected sales.
  4. Identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts.
  5. Think creatively and practically to develop, execute and implement new business plans.
