Job Summary

Senior Electrical Engineer - Reliability is responsible for developing and implementing electrical reliability strategies to enhance system performance, extend asset lifespan, and reduce downtime. This role involves designing and executing condition monitoring programs using advanced analytics and implementing predictive maintenance initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. They will also possess a broad understanding of relevant processes, applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Senior Electrical Engineer - Reliability to lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and reduce maintenance costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Electrical Reliability Strategies
  • Design and Execute Condition Monitoring Programs
  • Provide Technical Expertise to Operations and Maintenance Teams
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Assist in Daily Troubleshooting and Resolution of Field Electrical Issues
  • Offer Guidance on Equipment Selection, Installation, and Commissioning
  • Conduct Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) Studies
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
  • Apply Advanced Reliability Engineering Principles
  • Perform Remaining Life Assessments of Electrical Assets
  • Develop and Implement Condition Monitoring Techniques
  • Prepare Detailed Reports on Reliability Performance
  • Maintain Records of Equipment History, Maintenance Activities, and Reliability Metrics
  • Assess Performance and Quality of Service Provided by Electrical Distribution Network
  • Develop, Review, and Update Electrical Maintenance Craft Procedures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a Related Field
  • At Least 12 Years of Relevant Experience
  • Proficiency in Condition Monitoring Techniques
  • Experience Working with Online and Offline Monitoring Systems
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Ability to Interpret Complex Data
  • Broad Understanding of Relevant Processes, Codes, Standards, and Project Specifications
  • Relevant Electrical Certifications
  • Experience with Predictive Maintenance Tools and Software
  • Project Management Tools
  • Reliability Management, Standards, and Calculations
  • SAP (PM & MM Modules)
  • Asset Performance Management Software
