Guidance and Support Expert

The role of the Guidance and Support Expert is to provide exceptional guidance and support to international students in identifying suitable study options that meet their academic and career aspirations. This involves offering expert advice on various aspects, including education systems, cultures, and geographic regions.

  • Foster relationships with students and families to establish trust and ensure a professional service is delivered at all times.
  • Conduct thorough consultations to understand students' needs and preferences, providing tailored recommendations for institutions and courses.
  • Collaborate with students throughout the application process, ensuring seamless transitions from initial interest to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine suitable study options for prospective students, considering factors such as course availability, institution reputation, and visa requirements.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with educational institutions, promoting IDP's services and supporting student applications.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress, utilizing CRM systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop innovative strategies to identify new business opportunities, aligning with the company's objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders, including students, parents, and institution representatives.
  • Proven experience in sales-driven environments, with a focus on achieving individual and team targets.
