Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate bank policies and ensure compliance in all activities.
  • Contribute to various initiatives and projects as assigned or other duties delegated by management.
  • Maintain alignment with business objectives of Card Issuing.
  • Analyze market trends to determine customer needs through market research & analysis for Debit & Credit Cards.
  • Achieve Business Volumes & Commission targets, periodically.
  • Implement industry best practices for internal controls.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Corporate Communication, Card Acquiring teams to achieve Business support activities.
  • Complete tasks assigned by management or reporting Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with risk requirements and report any concerns to the Risk department.
  • Participate in related initiatives and projects as assigned or other duties assigned by management.
  • Negotiate with external vendors involved in Card Business to achieve optimal cost levels and maximize profitability.
  • Analyze the card portfolio regularly to supplement business targets.
  • Ensure professional coordination among departments to achieve industry-benchmarked customer satisfaction levels for the Bank.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration is required.

Candidate should possess all-round knowledge in Cards Business, including sales, credit, products, operations, and fraud control.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Bank Cards & operation is essential.

Business Understanding:

  • Card Sales, Pricing, Retentions, product upgrades
  • Product life cycle activities and management
  • Working knowledge on card portfolio management
  • Effective handling of coordinations & Relationship Management
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Cards products development and enhancements.
