Senior Payment System Consultant Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Payment System Consultant with expertise in Debit Card Systems and Postilion Switch to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing payment systems, strong knowledge of banking domain principles, and proficiency in payment protocols, APIs, and integration technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects, conducting technical evaluations, configuring and developing on Postilion Switch, and supporting regression testing. Additionally, they will provide analysis and implementation strategies as Technical Lead for assigned projects, perform configuration changes in Postilion applications, and establish operational procedures, SLAs, and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and maintain payment systems, handle projects, CRs, and production fixes, ensuring compliance and performance.
  • Conduct technical evaluations of initiatives related to Debit Cards and ATM acquiring, providing recommendations.
  • Configure and develop on Postilion Switch, support regression testing, and perform technical certifications with Visa, MasterCard, and CBO.
  • Act as Technical Lead for assigned projects, providing analysis and implementation strategies.
  • Support performance testing, ISO testing, and other assessments for Debit Card Systems and ATM acquiring.
  • Participate in business requirements and design phases of projects and CRs.
  • Perform configuration changes in Postilion applications and support ongoing projects impacting Postilion.
  • Establish operational procedures, SLAs, and KPIs; oversee incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and teams for system upgrades and maintenance.
  • Manage incidents, root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensure SLA compliance, and align support with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and banking regulations; oversee audit processes and documentation.
