We are looking for a highly skilled Chief Financial Operations Manager to lead our accounting and finance function from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage the full accounting system, policies, and processes
  • Handle all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, taxation, inventory, and costing
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and government authorities
  • Manage and streamline internal controls and audit processes
  • Support strategic planning, pricing, and business decision-making with financial insights
  • Implement and maintain ERP/accounting software
  • Lead or assist in cost control, cash flow management, and financial restructuring
  • Train and lead a small finance team as the company scales
Requirements:
  • Qualification: CA/ACCA/Cost Accountant (fully qualified preferred; semi-qualified with strong experience may be considered)
  • Proven experience in setting up and running accounting systems independently
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards (Ind AS/IFRS), Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.
  • Experience in working with start-ups or companies in early growth stage is preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills
