Job Title: Finance Operations Manager

About the Role:

This is a critical position within our organization responsible for overseeing and managing all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business decision-making.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategic financial plans and initiatives.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Manage and lead a team of finance professionals to achieve operational excellence.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to other departments as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
