A leading multinational business is currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee their HR department in Oman.

Key Responsibilities
  1. To drive strategic change management initiatives across the organization, fostering a culture of innovation and growth.
  2. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive policies and procedures that align with regional requirements, ensuring compliance and adherence.
  3. Fostering strong relationships with trade unions is crucial to promote harmonious labor relations, conflict resolution, and employee satisfaction.
  4. This role requires exceptional communication skills to manage employee relations, create a positive work environment, and address conflicts effectively.
  5. Effective manpower planning is vital to optimize workforce utilization, streamline processes, and achieve business objectives.
  6. The HR Manager will design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, driving productivity and competitiveness.

This position is open to Omani nationals only.

Minimum Requirements:

  • HR generalist background with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, leadership principles, and strategic thinking.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a strategic and operational capacity, with a proven track record of success.
  • Candidates must demonstrate a hands-on approach to achieving results, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience as an HR business partner would be highly beneficial, with a strong understanding of business operations and market trends.

Compensation: OR per annum.
