Overview

Global HR Leader - EMEA Region

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our HR team in the EMEA region. As a Global HR Leader, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our business leaders across the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in leading initiatives across regions within a technology business. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

About this Role:

  • Lead the EMEA HR team to provide strategic HR guidance and support to the business
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Partner with senior managers to drive organizational design, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Strong academic track record from both high school and university
  • HR experience leading initiatives across regions within a technology business
  • People management experience
  • Experience in business partnering with senior stakeholders
  • A good balance between leading and executing, with hands-on involvement in daily HR routines
  • Fluent in business English (written and spoken)
