We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HORECA Sales Executive to develop and maintain client relationships within the hospitality sector, including hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven sales background, a solid understanding of the HORECA industry, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Additionally, experience in selling beverages, smoothies, or related products is a plus.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and targeting new clients within the HORECA industry through research, networking, and referrals. They will also be required to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring continuous engagement to understand and fulfill their business needs.
- Presentation and demonstration of products/services to potential clients, highlighting key benefits and features to drive interest and sales.
- Negotiation of contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring all agreements are mutually beneficial.
- Collaboration with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery of products, resolution of client issues, and post-sales support.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Preparation and submission of sales reports regularly, detailing sales activities, client feedback, and insights into market trends for review by senior management.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, hospitality management, or related fields.
- 5-8 years of experience in sales within the F&B industry in Oman.
- Proven track record in sales within the HORECA industry at Oman.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt sales strategies based on market trends and customer needs.
