Sales Support Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Support Professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing client communications, and coordinating sales efforts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Client Communication: Manage inbound communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses to every lead.
  • Sales Deck Preparation: Assist in preparing sales decks, primarily using established templates with occasional customizations for specific clients.
  • CRM Management: Manage and move deals through the CRM system.
  • Task Management: Maintain organization to manage multiple tasks, ensure timely follow-ups, and keep detailed records of interactions.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years in an administrative or sales support role, ideally within marketing or sales administration.
  • CRM Proficiency: Prior experience with CRM systems is beneficial; training on HubSpot will be provided.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple client accounts and track lead interactions effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Sales Deck & Marketing Knowledge: Experience with sales decks or marketing teams is a plus; enthusiasm for marketing is essential.
  • Client-Facing Comfort: Comfort with client-facing communication and professional interactions.
  • Growth Mindset: Motivated, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about growing into a more sales-oriented role.
