Job Title: Front Office Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our Front Office team as a Guest Relations Agent. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, handle multiple responsibilities, and provide exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for check-in, check-out, credit card handling, complaint handling, corresponding with guests, and performing various guest relation tasks. You will also be expected to prepare reports according to MOHG standards, update registration cards, and assist with billing and invoice preparation.

In addition to your technical skills, you must be an ambassador for the hotel, promoting our brand and values to internal and external stakeholders. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to work effectively with colleagues and guests from diverse backgrounds.
