  • Greet guests with a courteous and friendly demeanor.
  • Present menus, take accurate orders, and communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and according to established service standards.
  • Maintain guest satisfaction by checking on them during meals and handling any complaints professionally.
  • Clean and set up tables, ensuring the dining area is tidy at all times.
  • Assist with restaurant preparation and closing procedures, including restocking, cleaning, and organizing.
  • Familiarize yourself with safety and hygiene protocols and adhere to company standards.
  • Promote menu items and upsell when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Process guest bills accurately and handle payments efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a waitress or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Good communication skills in English and Russian are essential.
  • A positive attitude, friendly personality, and professional grooming are required.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
