About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the position of Food and Beverage Coordinator. This role is crucial in providing administrative support to the Food and Beverage Division office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily office activities, ensuring efficient internal and external communications, and completing various administrative tasks as assigned by the Executive Assistant Manager and Executive Chef.

Responsibilities
  • Coordination of Inter-Office and Intra-Departmental Communications: The Food and Beverage Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating inter-office and intra-departmental communications, including telephone, paging, and facsimile systems.
  • Document Preparation: The coordinator will prepare menus, letters, reports, forms, and other documents for the food and beverage office.
  • File Maintenance: The coordinator will maintain office filing systems, including alphabetical, chronological, trace, and daily files.
  • Scheduling: The coordinator will maintain the Director's schedule and appointments.
  • Office Organization: The coordinator will be responsible for maintaining overall office organization, presentation, and cleanliness.
  • Guest and Employee Interactions: The coordinator will handle guest, employee, management, and owner interactions with courtesy and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
