Description:

  1. Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the organization's overall business objectives.
  2. Recruitment Strategies: Design and execute recruitment plans to attract top talent for our manufacturing base, considering local labor markets and cultural nuances.
  3. Performance Management: Establish and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and aligns with business goals. Provide guidance and support to line managers and employees on performance management and employee development.
  4. Training and Development: Assess training needs and implement targeted training programs tailored to the needs of our employees.
  5. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including employment contracts, work permits, and visa requirements.
  6. International Payroll and Benefits: Oversee international payroll, benefits, and compensation plans, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with local laws. Manage the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  7. Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts, in accordance with local labor laws and organizational policies.
  8. HR Data Analysis: Collect and analyze HR data to support decision-making and ensure HR metrics are aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor degree or above
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and proficiency in Arabic
  • Major Requirement: Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Work Experience: Over 10 years of work experience, including 3 years of relevant work experience for this position
  • Skills Qualification Certificate: Strong knowledge of Local labor laws and HR best practices
  • Soft Skills: High level of integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information
  • Cultural Adaptability: Strong cultural sensitivity and adaptability to different working environments
