An exciting opportunity has arisen to take on a leadership role within a company specializing in conference and exhibition organization.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Lead pitches to prospective clients and drive revenue growth for the agency.
  2. Develop strategic proposals to promote services and increase brand visibility.
  3. Maintain front-end client relationships, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
  4. Identify marketing opportunities, participate in tenders, and attract high-value projects.
  5. Manage all aspects of advertising and marketing, including creative development, copywriting, layouts, and production.
  6. Oversee service providers, suppliers, and onsite requirements to ensure seamless operations.
  7. Run day-to-day operations of a full-service integrated ad agency, supervise team output, and troubleshoot problems.
  8. Develop and manage the finance strategy, coordinating the budget process, annual budget plan, and achieving profitability targets.
  9. Drive the marketing strategy, focusing on image building, corporate communications, and brand projection to enhance exposure to corporate and government sectors.
  10. Implement HR and Admin strategies, training and developing the team, improving proposal quality, and evaluating employee performance.
Additional Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee job cards, daily work sheets, design and creative content, website development, and conceptualization.
  2. Approve peripherals created for events and external clients.
  3. Develop and implement ideas to ensure smooth department operation.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and attributes:

  1. A minimum of 4 years of experience managing a profitable, commercially driven agency with advertising and marketing expertise in lead generation, collateral development, brand building, and online advertising.
  2. The ability to manage a team to meet aggressive deadlines while delivering high-quality work.
  3. Exceptional oral, written communication skills, excellent presentation, and facilitation skills.
  4. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and excellence in Microsoft Excel.
  5. Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
