Certification Manager

This is a critical role responsible for overseeing the certification process of wind turbines and similar industrial products. The Certification Manager will lead all activities related to product and factory certification, ensuring compliance with international standards such as IEC 61400 and ISO 9001.

This involves close collaboration with global certification bodies (e.g., DNV, TUV SUD, UL), technical teams, and OEM licensors to manage type certification, component certification, and factory audits.

Requirements
  • A proven track record (5+ years) in managing certification processes for wind turbines or similar industrial products.
  • In-depth knowledge of IEC 61400 series and certification body requirements.
  • Experience working with certification authorities such as DNV, TUV SUD, UL, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
  • Understanding of wind turbine components, manufacturing tolerances, material traceability, and testing protocols.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead audits and conformity assessment processes.
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing Technical Files, Design Evaluation Reports, and Manufacturing Evaluation Reports.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate across engineering, quality, and OEM teams.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or Chinese is a plus.
