About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Auto Surveyor to join our team as a Senior Auto Surveyor. As a key member of our claims team, you will be responsible for examining damaged vehicles, investigating losses, and managing policyholders and insured drivers. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensure timely and efficient claims settlements, and drive business growth through effective relationships with agencies, garages, and brokers.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Examine damaged vehicles and investigate losses to determine their cause and extent.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to manage policyholders and insured drivers effectively.
  3. SUPVISE MOTOR CLAIMS SURVEYORS TO ENSURE SERVICE DELIVERY MEETS EXPECTATIONS.
  4. Evaluate motor repair estimates submitted by agencies and garages to ensure they meet the required standards.
  5. FURNISH MOTOR SURVEYOR REPORTS AND REPAIR AUTHORISATIONS WITHIN SLA TIMELINES.
  6. ENSURE TIMELY AND FAIR CLAIMS SETTLEMENTS.
  7. MANAGE RESERVES FOR EACH CLAIM ACCURATELY AND PROMPTLY.
  8. PROSECUTE ESSENTIAL CLAIM DOCUMENTS AGGRESSIVELY.
  9. MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH AGENCIES, GARAGES, AND BROKERS.
  10. Negotiate cost-effective arrangements with agencies and garages.
  11. Convey valuable market insights to the claims manager.
  12. Establish the market value of damaged salvage vehicles.
