Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales growth in the Smart Home Automation and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) markets. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

The role will involve building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding our national presence through a network of regional distributors and resellers. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive sales plans, identify market trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration, including identification of new business opportunities and development of targeted sales strategies.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up, support, and delivery of tailored solutions.
  • Territory Expansion: Identify and onboard strategic B2B clients, resellers, and channel partners to strengthen our brand's footprint.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide informed insights to management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the Smart Home and ELV industries.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
