The Project Overview:

We are part of an international consultancy business that spans five global hubs, overseeing work for world-leading organizations across the public and private sectors.

Our Middle East and North Africa hub started in 1998 and has successfully operated in various countries, delivering project, programme management, and cost consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • A portfolio management background in a consultancy or client capacity is necessary.
  • You will lead the Assurance team, comprising employees and external consultants.
  • You will build and oversee the Assurance team responsible for health and safety, environmental/sustainability management, quality management, and worker welfare.
  • You will be responsible for performance and continuous improvement of standard processes.
  • You will train and support the wider team in processes and procedures as needed.
  • This is a client-facing role, requiring presentations to internal senior leadership, project teams, and supply chains.
  • You will deliver elements of the annual business plan on time and within budget constraints.
  • You will manage external certification audits and support achievement of new certifications.
  • You will organize and facilitate internal audits, produce audit reports, and investigate non-conformance root causes.
  • You will review management system content and recommend improvements.
  • You will identify and implement new systems and processes to improve efficiency.
  • You will ensure accurate and timely quality reports.
  • You will create communication articles, plans, and collateral materials.
  • You will analyze data and metrics for management reviews and provide recommendations.
  • You will support business development activities with expertise and knowledge.
  • You will develop and deliver training programs.
  • You will monitor and support the performance of the supply chain, including training, guidance, and audits.
  • You will contribute to the company's net-zero carbon transition efforts.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Formal auditor training in relevant subject is essential.
  • Line management experience is necessary.
  • Quality assurance and management system experience is required.
  • Internal auditing experience is beneficial.
