Sales Growth Expert
We are seeking a dynamic sales professional with a passion for driving growth in the media and events industry. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, building relationships, and delivering value to our partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Management: Leading the end-to-end sales process, including identifying opportunities, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Sponsorships & Advertising: Selling sponsorships for high-profile events and advertising packages across our digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Client Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  • Strategic Planning: Identifying new revenue streams, upselling opportunities, and contributing to the overall business development strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, production, and editorial teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Experience & Qualifications Required:
  • A minimum of 2 years in sales management, preferably in digital media, event sponsorships, radio, or print media.
  • Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals successfully.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • A degree in business management, sales, or marketing management is ideal.
  • Prior experience in the Middle East, especially Oman, is highly preferred.
