This Senior Sales Specialist role requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can drive sales growth and revenue for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, establishing relationships with customers such as agents and local distributors.
  2. Manage sales orders from initiation to closure, ensuring timely execution and resolving any technical or commercial queries.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales orders and timely collection of payments.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, consultants, and contractors, negotiating cost-effective contracts and presenting required reports.
  5. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities, evaluating market potential and competitive influences in assigned territories.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing, or Diploma in Marketing, Commerce, or Economics.
  • Over 10 years' experience in related industries within the Middle East, with expertise in sales and marketing in the cable manufacturing industry.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills, ability to adapt to market changes, and proficiency in MS Office.
